This is THE place to catch salmon - big salmon! A staff of professionals in 20–25’ covered cruisers guides guest anglers (two or three per boat). All tackle, rain gear, licenses, bait and fishing instruction are included. Most fishing is done only 10–20 minutes from the lodge, which is located on beautiful Stuart Island. Dining at Nanook Lodge centers on the catch of the day.

Within hours, if not minutes out of the sea, salmon, cod, prawns, Dungeness crab, clams and oysters are cooked to perfection by one of the area's top chefs. Each large, comfortable cedar room in the lodge features a private bathroom.  A bar, TV room, card room and hot tub are provided for common enjoyment.

Seaplane flights to Nanook Lodge are typically booked as part of the lodge's all-inclusive packages. Customers who book flights online directly with Kenmore Air must make sure this is clearly communicated to the lodge.

Scheduled service between Seattle and Nanook Lodge runs May 18 - September 24 and can be booked from Kenmore Air’s Lake Washington Terminal or from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport with a nominally priced shuttle connection.
