Kenmore Air & Harbour Air — the two largest seaplane airlines in North America — have partnered to make it easier than ever to connect and fly between Seattle’s Lake Union and downtown Vancouver Harbour (two blocks west of Canada Place, adjacent to the Olympic Cauldron), or with seasonal service (May to October) between Lake Union and Whistler. Connections are via our convenient new shared terminal in Victoria.

At this time we can only accept telephone resevations to book this itinerary:

• Call Kenmore Air at 866-435-9524 and tell our agent you’re booking a joint Kenmore Air/Harbour Air itinerary. We’ll book your flights between Seattle & Victoria

• Then call Harbour Air at 800-665-0212 and book your flights between Victoria & Vancouver or between Victoria & Whistler. Give Harbour Air your Kenmore Air confirmation code and they’ll make sure to book you on the best connecting flights to your destination.

• Each segment of the joint itinerary is subject to the respective airline’s policies regarding baggage, check-in times, change or cancelation, etc., with the following exception: Kenmore Air will waive its standard change/cancel penalties in cases where seats are unavailable on the desired Harbour Air connecting segment, provided that the customer advises Kenmore Air of this fact on the same day as the original Kenmore Air booking.
• In the event of delayed or canceled flights, each airline will put customers who missed connections on the next available flight at no charge. However, neither airline can be responsible for incidental expenses, including overnight expenses, arising from missed connections.
