Farewell Harbour Marine Resort is in the heart of the best salmon and halibut fishing on the west coast of Canada. This isolated fly-in resort is the sole tenant of beautiful Berry Island, part of the Broughton Archipelago Provincial Marine Park. The lodge's front yard is Blackfish Sound, home of orcas and consistently amazing fishing. The intimate resort has six large guest rooms (catering to only 12 guests at a time), each with a private bath. Each room is warmed by its own wood burning stove and each affords panoramic views of shore life, seascape and woodland. An eight-foot jacuzzi on the lodge deck is ideal for after-fishing relaxation. Seaplane flights to Farewell Harbour can be booked from Kenmore Air Harbor in North Seattle or from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport with a nominally priced shuttle connection. The 2010 summer service season begins June 1. 2010 summer schedule & fares Seaplane charter service to Farewell Harbour is available year-round.
