Seattle-Tacoma International Airport — commonly known as "Sea-Tac" — is the gateway to the Pacific Northwest. More than 25 airlines provide non-stop flights between Sea-Tac and 71 U.S. and 20 international cities.

Kenmore Air does not operate scheduled flights at Sea-Tac, but we do offer ground shuttle transfers between Sea-Tac and our three Seattle-area terminals for most of our flights. Shuttles for our year-round and seasonal flights from Seattle Lake Union and Seattle Boeing Field are complimentary; a nominal fee is charged for shuttles connecting with our seasonal flights from Kenmore Air Harbor in North Seattle.

Booking procedures:

• All shuttles must be booked in advance.
• If booking your flights online, simply select "Seattle-Tacoma International" as your origin or destination. Our system will build a unified reservation including the flights and appropriate corresponding Sea-Tac shuttles.
• If booking your flights by phone or in person, simply tell the agent that you wish to add Sea-Tac shuttles.
• If you have an existing reservation without Sea-Tac shuttles and you wish to add them, simply call 866.435.9524 and request that they be added. Please be aware, however, that the addition of shuttles to an existing booking may invoke change fees, depending on fare class.
• Your confirmation notice will specify times departure and arrival for Sea-Tac shuttles as well as for flights. Please check carefully to insure that you have allowed adequate connection time between your Sea-Tac flight times and your Kenmore Air Sea-Tac shuttle time — not your Kenmore Air flight time.

Location & check-in procedures:

• Kenmore Air's Sea-Tac shuttles operate from Door 00 at the far south end of Baggage Claim. Click here for a terminal map.
• Passengers must be in the Door 00 waiting area with their baggage at least 10 minutes prior to the shuttle's scheduled departure time.
• Passengers should be aware that Kenmore Air's shuttle may or may not be visible from inside the Door 00 waiting area. Our drivers will always make at least one departure announcement on the public address system, but ultimately it is the passenger's responsibility to be at the shuttle by departure time.
