1. Pricing and Quantity Discount
QuickTix are sold at a discounted price based on a “fare basis” for the route on which they are valid. The fare basis is set at the approximate average of the GoFare class fares on the route. Therefore, some published fares on the route may be lower than the fare basis, and some may be higher. The fare basis for a route is subject to change without notice. The retail price of each QuickTix book is discounted off the fare basis by 10%.

Any temporary surcharges in effect at the time a QuickTix book is purchased will be added to the retail price of the book without discount.

2. Segments and Routes
Each QuickTicket is valid for one (1) one-way flight segment for one (1) passenger. Each is valid only on the route/service type indicated by the ticket color as follows:

North Olympic Peninsula — green
San Juan Islands (Express only) — yellow
San Juan Islands (Seaplanes or Express) — white
Victoria — red

3. One-Year Expiration
QuickTix expire and become invalid for travel on the last day of the month one year from month of purchase. For example, QuickTix purchased on April 5, 2010, are valid for travel through April 30, 2011. Expiration date refers to date of travel, not date of reservation. No extensions will be granted.

4. Transferrability and Replacement
QuickTix are fully transferrable, meaning they can be applied as payment for airfare by anyone who presents them. They are not registered to the buyer, which means they can be given to or shared with anyone the buyer pleases. However, they will not be replaced if lost or stolen, so they should be safeguarded like cash.

5. Refunds and Cash Value
QuickTix are not refundable once purchased. They are not redeemable for cash.

6. Full-Fare Guarantee
QuickTix are guaranteed to be accepted as payment in full — including all taxes, fees and surcharges — for any regularly scheduled one-way flight segment on the valid route during the tickets’ period of validity. When paying with a valid QuickTicket, you will not be charged for any fare, tax, fee or surcharge increases or additions made after the date of your QuickTix purchase.

7. Non-Eligible Fees
QuickTix cannot be applied toward payment of excess baggage fees, change/cancellation fees, extra-stop fees or other non-fare fees.

8. No Credit for Lower Fares
No refund or credit is available in cases where the published fare for a segment is lower than the retail price of the QuickTicket tendered in payment, nor in cases of fare, fee, tax or surcharge reductions or deletions subsequent to the purchase of the QuickTicket. You always retain the option of using a different method of payment for flight segments that are less expensive than your QuickTicket.

9. No Internet Booking
At this time, QuickTix cannot be used to pay for flights booked on the Internet; only phone or in-person bookings can be paid for with QuickTix.

10. Credit Card Requirement
If you intend to pay for a flight segment with a QuickTicket, you must inform the reservation agent of this at the time of booking and provide the QuickTicket serial number. Notwithstanding this, you will still be required to provide a valid credit card to hold the reservation. This card will be charged in the event that you fail to present a QuickTicket at check-in or if you incur change or cancellation fees under the terms of the published change/cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. Please note that this policy may be more restrictive than the terms printed on the QuickTix themselves.

11. Other KenmoreRewards Programs
Because QuickTix are sold at a discount, flight segments paid for with QuickTix are not eligible for credit under any other KenmoreRewards loyalty program, including the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan.
